First job was subacute traumatic brain injuries, babies with hydrocephalus, children and adults with strokes, brain injuries, amputations, spinal cord injuries with paralysis. Dealt with many rare diseases that required round the clock one on one nursing care. Then worked palliative care for cancer patients, some receiving chemo and radiation, but receiving comfort care. I've worked in mental health, with mother/baby teaching breastfeeding, Pediatrics clinics and saw almost everything in the ER. I'm calm and able to handle myself professionally with much experience and knowledge to apply to my care of your family member. ;)
