I have always had that special place in my heart for those you have special needs. In high school I participated in "Best Buddies" all four years. It is such a life changing opportunity to be able to work with those who need the extra care and attention and watch them succeed. I am currently going to college to get my degree in being a teacher for special needs, as well as taking classes to become a elementary school teacher. I have experience working with children who have autism, epilepsy, ADD/ADHD, Down's syndrome and more. If I haven't worked with children with the same diagnosis as your child(ren) I would love the opportunity to work/watch them and learn more about their diagnosis.
