Hi! My name is Amber and I am currently a senior at UNI. I'm currently looking for a flexible or even structured job for extra cash and more job experience. I'm going to school for Elementary Education with a Special Ed endorsement, minoring in Psychology. I love children and I have worked with children for 9 years now. I have had experience with children from the age of 3 months- 23 years old. I have been a respite care giver for special needs children for 8 years now for three different family homes while I was in high school and during the summer months. I know basic sign language and I am very familiar with children with special needs and disabilities. I'm 22 years old (just about 23) and I'm a very outgoing, energetic person who loves arts and crafts and being engaged and active. Games, activities, crafts, walks, parks, etc. are all things I enjoy doing while babysitting! I don't mind cleaning, cooking, bathing, laundry, or transportation to activities whatsoever! I have a lot of experience with infants and toddlers. I used to babysit my best friend's child since he was 3 months old, three times a week for a year. I have a valid license and a reliable SUV. I have a clean record and a background check per UNI's requirements into the Education major. I'm CPI and CPR certified as well! I have references if references are needed as well. I'm a non-smoker, who also loves all animals! I'm more than willing to work on weekends when needed and if I'm available. My fall semester schedule is present below.
