Hi there!! My name is Allie, I love working with people, I love being able to help them in any way possible. I have many years of experience working with children who have special needs. I also worked with typical children for about the same amount of time. I still currently work with severe behavioral special needs children and I love it so much I am looking for a second job. I get off around 3:15 at my job now and available any time after that. I grew up with my mom having daycare at our house, so I have always been around children. I helped her run her daycare for a while as well. I also am licensed to have my own daycare however I do not want to do that right now in my life I really enjoy working at the school. I am extremely organized, clean, energetic, reliable, lovable, responsible, passionate, caring, on time, and over all a really hard worker. I am 25 years old, but when it comes to playing when children I can have a great imagination. I think that is very important to let children be creative and have an imagination. I am also currently attending school to get my bachelors degree in child development, I have my associates already in social behavioral science. I can go on and on about my experience and what my strengths are.
