I have worked as an ABA therapist for children with autism in the home and center settings for 6 years. I have experience working with children from 2 years (premature) to about 18 years of age. I have administered assessments such as the ABLLS, as well as VB-MAPP, so I am very familiar with what skill (play skills, academic skills, etc.) children should have. I also have a 10-year-old brother who has autism, to whom I am very close with. I love when I'm given the opportunity to be creative and innovated. I am very patient, energetic, active and understanding, which I believe are all very important qualities to have when working with children or teens with special needs.
