In my years of experience I have came across different types of "Little people" none of which were the same. With each personality I have learned to adapt and cater to that child. My passions which include singing, writing poetry and acting always are introduced to the one/s I am looking after; but of course figuring out what it is they are personally interested in as well. I am a firm believer that performing arts helps children to express their self in a way they may not be able to verbally and also increase their imagination; which I believe is sadly dying due to technology and advancement in society. The reason why I am so passionate about taking care of children and those with special needs is because most people look at it as just " a job" while I look at it as an opportunity to become a positive influence on a child and families life. Also in addition it is hard to find a positive male role model who actually wants to see a younger child succeed academically and as a person. The young man I have grown to become today is in correlation with the the babysitters and the care takers that have raised and taught me. Therefore I would love to return the favor.

Aaron is a super personable, bright and reliable person. He took care of my son after school when he was 11 years old and 12 years old. My son is mildly autistic and has several learning disabilities which often requires a great deal of patience. This was not a problem for Aaron. My son can be quite hypersensitive and in the past felt his other sitters were critical and judgmental. We never had this problem with Aaron. He has the ability to be firm but kind and is highly responsible. I recommend Aaron as a sitter without reservation. We eventually decided that my son no longer required a sitter but happily two years later they're still in touch and get together from time to time. To this day my son still looks up to Aaron.
