About Rosemary

My previous experience in caring for seniors is primarily helping them keep organized with medications, business affairs, doctors appointments and companionship. I am currently helping with my 90-year-old father who has mobility issues due to severe arthritis in the hip. I also help an 89-year-old lady with similar issues including diabetes. I enjoy giving my senior friends much needed companionship and the opportunity to create an environment that is mentally stimulating and fun. My personal hobbies include the care and riding of my horse, Mentor in the United Way "Hand in Hand" Mentoring program and reading. I have been a member of a book club since 1989. I am an active member in a church in Camden and believe in Christian based care. My philosophy is that high quality, targeted outside care does promote better habits and prolongs independence, independence is crucial for mental health and saves both money and quality of life.
