About Lizett

My name is Lizett. I have 15 years of experience in the caregiving community and I enjoy working with elders very much. I have experience with various kinds of elderly patients. I am CPR and CHHA certified, have experience with medication management, physical therapy, bathing and all general care. I've volunteered in elder recreation centers with plenty of elders at once. Through the years, working with elders gave me so much pleasure. I've learned so much from them and I enjoy taking care of them simply because I think they deserve love, care and time in return for all the sacrifices they've made in their lifetimes for the people around them. For me, it's a mutual trade of love and companionship. To work as a caregiver, you have to have an innate sense of selflessness and empathy, have a good degree of human compassion and this is something that defines me. I love so much what I do, it is my passion. I always give a 100% of me and make sure I do the best job I can, with no exceptions or excuses. I also try to bring a sense of humor to my work. If I can add a smile or laugh to a client's day, that means a lot to me. I'm very kind and respectful towards my patients and extremely attentive to their needs. There are qualities that a caregiver must possess such as empathy, dependability and patience.
