About Zoe

I'm looking forward to working with a fun family with clear expectations and communication that needs a part time babysitter for their elementary/middle school aged children! I'm a rising junior at UNC Chapel Hill majoring in Biology and Chemistry and am looking for summer work. I'm used to working with a range of personalities and facilitating fun activities. Last summer, I worked as a camp counselor for First Tee - Sandhills, where I looked after groups of campers and taught them essential skills for the game of golf as well as good citizenship. Additionally, I volunteered at MCS STEM/STEAM camps for two years, teaching kids about science and helping them through activities. My other relevant work experience is with Southern Pines Escape, where I regularly worked with groups of children, explaining rules of the game and monitoring behavior (and maximizing enjoyment!). I love to get to know the kids I work with, and I especially enjoy playing games, doing crafts, and being creative!
