Care only accepts government names on profiles, but the name by which everyone knows me (and under which I work) is Bandit. I have done just over 4 years of preschool teaching and around 1 year of nannying. I've worked with children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, though I have spent the most time working with ages 1-3 years. I have received my certificate for Early Childhood Education in North Carolina, and am currently working toward my Associate's. I have experience with infant care, potty training, food training, lesson planning, classroom teaching, one-on-one teaching, helping elementary students with homework, light meal prep, light housework/tidying, and transporting to/from and chaperoning activities outside the home. I am certified in First Aid and CPR for all age groups. I taught for two years at a preschool with a Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum, and my personal teaching and care pedagogy blends elements of Reggio, Montessori, and Waldorf teaching methods and beliefs.
