I would describe my personality as passionate, dependable, and accommodating. I enjoy working with kids because I like making a meaningful impact on their lives. I'm looking for a job that offers the opportunity to grow with the family long-term, as well as one that values communication. I started working with kids when I was 16, primarily with family members and friends, and began working professionally at 22. In my spare time, I enjoy baking as well as cooking. One thing you should know about me is that I am very reliable. My skills include sleep training, potty training, and food preparation. I believe in the philosophy of fostering independence, encouraging creativity, or promoting social skills. My goal is to not only care for children but also to help them learn and grow through play and exploration.
