I have worked as therapuetic summer camp counselor at a summer camp for children with emotional and behavioral disorders. I have also worked as a behavioral health and wellness coordinator at an elementary school working closely with the school counselor to improve access to services for students. I am in a doctoral program studying clinical psychology and my undergraduate is in psychology and childhood studies. I am Youth Mental Health First Aid Certified and I am also certified in trauma informed de-escalation and intervention.
