About Yvonne

I've worked at Blank Children's Hospital from October 2019-May 2020 and October 2020-August 2021. I am regularly helping kids and parents through difficult and stressful procedures, as well as simply playing with them! I also provide baths, showers, feedings, and changes as needed for an average of 8-16 patients. I am happy to help around the house whether that be laundry, light housekeeping, and cooking. During the summer, I enjoy swimming and being outside as much as I can! Also, since my degree is in natural science, I would love to do age appropriate science activities, as well! My goal is to become a Physician Assistant with a specialty in pediatrics and/or surgery! A little bit more about me: I grew up in a suburb of Chicago, went to school in Washington state, studied abroad in France, and have lived in Ames since 2018. I have the sweetest cat named Juno (so bring on the fur babies)! I love animated movies, dancing, and being absolutely silly!
