About Yvette

I've been a Home Health Aid for 15+ years providing exceptional care, compassion and service. I'm well versed in providing assistance with activities with daily living, helping to administer medicine/assist with self medication and various service tasks as needed. I am able to follow a patient service plan as well as make decisions in the best interest of the patient based on the plan. I've worked with diverse populations including elderly with various mental and physical impairments such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, and more. Beyond this I was also able to offer companionship to patients through conversation and maintain communication between patient and patients family members and other individuals as needed. Throughout my 15+ years I've worked across various agency's and maintained high level of professionalism with my agency's in addition to professionalism with my clients.
