Yvette is very patient with my Dad she keeps an even monotone voice. Explains each task before working with Dad. She asks instead of demands for each task he is needing attention to, such as transferring in and out of wheelchair, walking with his walker or doing his physical therapy. Her vast experience is her most valuable asset. our whole family enjoys her visits with Dad. Dad a lot of times agrees to do his therapy or other tasks easily with Yvette, she knows her job very well.
