About Yoselin

Hi Everyone! I began my time as a nanny at the age of 19, beforehand I worked various positions in a local preschool/daycare from assistant to lead teacher. I like to lead with a Montessori approach to encourage confidence, independence, critical thinking, creativity, and even empathy. I try my best to create an environment where the children can be themselves, explore safely, ask questions, and feel supported and respected. All of this done while respecting parents boundaries. I am accepting of all people, and really enjoy meeting families of different backgrounds. Outside of nanny life, I like to spend my time outdoors. I love animals and environmental science.
