I can wash by hand if required and ironing clothes I have the experience only with iron but I can learn to do it with steam without problem. I use products that are stain removers whether on carpets, sofas, walls or clothing but only the chemical ones that I can recommend to my employer to use the ones they provide me for the type of stain or if requested, just with soap and water. I am very delicate and careful when cleaning antiques and glass, washing china dishes, etc. If I have to clean a chandeliers I can do it with an expandable duster, but if it needs to be cleaned in depth I do it using a ladder and in a careful manner. In my experience, each family is different, so each one likes all of these types of important items to be cleaned either the way they ask or whether they give me permission to do it the way I do it, as long as I have the knowledge.
