As a caregiver, my passion lies in fostering children's growth and development. With three years of experience, I have a deep understanding of early childhood development and am always seeking to expand my knowledge. I hold a graduate degree and have completed coursework in early child development. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I believe in open communication with parents and provide daily written reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone call. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games with children. Beyond my formal education and experience, I am a native Spanish speaker, which allows me to provide bilingual care. I am also willing to help with light housekeeping.
