About Yasmin

I am a compassionate and nurturing person looking to provide care and companionship for a senior in need. I love being helpful to others and thrive on being able to give to those in need. I love bringing positivity to every environment I enter and I am naturally a very up-beat person. I am certified to teach Silver Sneaker classes from chair yoga, to classes focused on balance, movement, choreography and meditation all geared for seniors. I was a caregiver to my step father who passed from Alzheimer's and also my maternal grandmother who needed assistance upon reaching the age of 90. Household chores and meal prep are also services I am happy to offer.
