About Yanessa

Hi! My name is Yanessa, and I'm an experienced and nurturing caregiver based in Fair Lawn, NJ. I have over 8 years of hands-on experience working with children, including my own two kids-one of whom has special needs, which has given me a deeper understanding of patience, communication, and individualized care. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. I also completed high school and attended a trade school for medical assisting, which has further supported my knowledge in child health and safety. While I'm currently in the process of getting my driver's license, I do have reliable transportation available for work. I chose to pursue my CDA because I truly love working with children and supporting their growth. I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where every child feels valued and cared for.
