Xochilt joined our family when our child was 6 months old and stayed with us for over a year when our baby was ready for pre-school. She immediately built a strong bond with our baby and was such an amazing person to partner with. She was so loving, supportive, nurturing right from the start. It was incredibly hard for us to leave and in no way was it related to her quality of care, professionalism, or receptive to partner in what was best for our child. What differentiates Xochilt is her calm, gentle ability to garner trust from a little one while also being able to provide structure and enough freedom to help our child thrive. As new parents, there were a number of times we’ve sought her counsel in how to support him and her partnership always resulted in a better experience for our child. She would also take initiative in finding new way to engage him or recommend things to change or purchase to support his happiness and development. We would enthusiastically recommend Xochilt and she will forever be an essential part of our family story. We plan to continue to have her in our lives due to her incredibly positive impact to our child and our family.
