About Wren

Hello! My name is Wren and I work seasonally as an outdoor educator with the Multnomah Educational Service District's outdoor school program. I recently moved back to Portland and interested in getting back into nanny and babysitting. I have lots of child care and development experience and have worked with a range of physical and mental abilities. I'd describe my personality as positive, patient, and dedicated. I started working with kids when I was 15 through babysitting, and working at my local pool as a lifeguard and swim instructor. Since then I have been a swim coach, lead counselor at summer camp, and a youth mentor in several youth development programs. In my spare time, I like to be outside as much as possible! I love to hike, bike and swim. Additionally I love baking and reading. My skills include restorative justice training, adaptive curriculum experience and positive behavior management.
