About Wendy

I truly enjoy working with children and being part of their growth and development. I have a natural connection with kids, and over the years, I've developed the skills to care for them in a loving, responsible, and engaging way. I have a degree in education and three years of teaching experience, which helped me understand how children learn and what they need emotionally and intellectually. I spent a year and a half working as an Au Pair, which gave me hands-on experience in child care within a family setting. Over the past six years, I've worked with toddlers to preteens, and I've learned how to create a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive. I'm a patient, calm, and creative person who loves to play games and have fun. I'm also formal and reserved, and I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents regularly about their child's day, and I'm always happy to discuss any issues that may arise.
