It’s hard to know what happened in this case because I was ultimately ghosted. We hired her and were training and then she went silent for a few days. When she finally got back in touch she said she had become very ill. We asked that she keep us informed of her condition. Several attempts to reach her I did hear back once that she was still sick but improving. After that complete silence. We attempted to reach her many times out of obvious concern for her well being and also for guidance on how to proceed with her position. No response. She was fantastic during training and my other caregivers loved her. I hope she is recovered and doing well but I don’t appreciate the ghosting us.
