Hey, my name is Vincent. My experience with supporting people includes: working as a camp counselor and sports director for four years, babysitting for a family with four kids for one year, living and working in an intentional community, as a direct support caregiver to adults with disabilities for three years, nannying for three kids for three years, working as a teaching assistant for a year, and working as a behavior technician for a year. At the moment I am supporting a 10-year-old who is diagnosed with ADHD and ASD with after school activities including meal prep, exercise, and other daily activities on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-6:30 pm, I am looking to support someone outside of that time. When I'm not supporting other people, I'm an artist. I also enjoy eating healthily, simple cooking, exercising, playing video games, and outdoor activities. Vince is great! Vince worked with us for 3 years. Never once did I worry about the safety of our children while they were in Vince's care. He drove them (and all the kids in the carpool, everywhere). He would drive and take the kids to soccer games, that were over an hour away. If family couldn't be there, Vince was there. Give Vince a list of who needs to go where, what is for dinner and what should be done and he is on it! I would hired Vince again in a heartbeat. He is very creative and artistic, along with being athletic. Knock out was happening on a regular basis. My children were older and interacted well with him. He is communicative. He let's you know when he is unavailable. He was rarely sick. Typing out notes worked best and we did a schedule on a weekly basis. I am more than happy to answer any questions.
