I have been working as a Therapeutic Support Staff Worker since November 2018. Each of my cases have been with kiddos on the spectrum and I have learned so much working with them. With my degree being in sociology I took many classes pertaining to all types of different diagnosis and I have finally been able to put it into practice for the last year. This experience has taught me how to figure out what works for each child, as they are all different, and also the importance of patience and consistency.
