I have about 10-15 years of experience working with children, such as at my local church, my time working in the school system, & about 3 years as a nanny. I have about 1-2 years of experience working with special needs children in a classroom setting & they hold a special place in my heart. Victoria cared for our son for 2 years and 5 months and we were sad to see her go. She was dependable, loving, fair, respectful, helpful, trustworthy, friendly, proactive, resourceful and so much more. My son loved her and he would ask for her even when she wasn't there. We were truly blessed to have Victoria help us for so long.
