I am a big proponent of emotional validation and understanding the "big big feelings" little ones can feel on even a daily basis. I love all of the little moments I get to be a part of in my "baby besties" life (or lives) and I absolutely love what I do!! I've worked with individual families, as well as nanny shares, and have been around children for 20 years in some capacity: (babysitter, camp counselor, mentor, tutor, after school care, teacher and now nanny!) Additionally I have been professionally working with children full time for the last 7+ consecutive years. So looking forward to chatting and finding my next baby bestie!

Victoria was our part-time nanny for a few months before my 2.5 year old son started preschool. She was amazing! I couldn't believe how much she could get done in a day - cooking, laundry, playing, park trips. She was so kind to not just my son, but the whole family. Like when we had cold, she made healthy juices and snacks for all of us. She brought positive, high energy every day. We'll miss her, and anyone is lucky to have her!
