About Victoria

Before I was in high school I was taking care of my family's babies and toddlers. In high school I worked with inner-city children as part of a long-term mission trip to Philadelphia PA. In college I took classes in Children's Theatre and frequently babysat infants and worked for the local MOPs daycare. During my final years of college I taught a children's theatre class and directed a show made up of kids from second grade to twelfth grade. After graduation I became a nanny to a precocious 2-year-old. When she got a little older and began preschool I took on four kids from a different family (ages 8, 10, 13, and 16). I moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2019 to care for two amazing toddlers (1 and 4, now 4 and 7). I worked with this family for 3 years. I'm currently working part time with infant care, babysitting, and housekeeping. I am comfortable and adept with cleaning, cooking, gentle yet firm discipline, homework help, and lots and lots of silliness!
