About Victoria

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I thrive on creating a safe and stimulating environment for children to flourish. With two years in this field, I've discovered a true passion for being able come alongside kids and families in whatever they need. My background includes some college where I'm currently getting my psychology degree and looking forward to potentially teaching in the future. I'm drawn to this profession because of my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I realized the joy in getting to be apart of families lives and serve and help them in whatever capacity they need. My patience, creativity, and friendly nature allow me to connect with children effortlessly and build strong, trusting relationships with them and their families. Open communication is key, so I regularly update parents about their child's day, whether verbally at pickup or through texts or phone calls, whichever they prefer.
