About Victoria

I started working with kids when I was hired as a Teacher's Assistant at a local nonprofit school for children with special needs. I worked in the preschool classroom where these kids were unique and amazing, and creating those special bonds has been one of the most rewarding experiences I've had! I was previously working at The Malvern School, a daycare center located in Washington Township, NJ. I worked in the infant classroom where my colleagues and I cared for 15 kids, ratio being 1:4. Ages range from 2 months old to a year and a half. I have also cared for toddlers, preschoolers, and K-12. My duties included feedings, diaper changes, supervision, attending to injuries if an incident occurs, and more. Additionally, I have been tutoring fellow students and even some adults since I was in high school. I am patient, kind, and thorough with lessons. Working in ECE gives me a huge sense of accomplishment and pride especially when witnessing the progress students make.
