Vianny embodies all the qualities that one would want in a caregiver - she is warm, genuine, kind, and has an outstanding work ethic. She is an expert at juggling many different responsibilities; she somehow manages to accomplish household tasks while engaging children in games and fun activities. Her sunny disposition lights up the room, and children are drawn to her cheerful nature. She never used the television or electronic devices to keep my children occupied. One of their favorite things was having her read to them. I have known Vianny for over twenty years, and her work ethic and amicable demeanor are just as strong today as they were when I first met her. There are simply not enough superlatives for me to describe Vianny; I highly recommend her.
