Verona is very sweet and very quiet. However, I don't think she has a lot of experience cleaning. She put the sheets on my bed and just left the sheets a mess. The floors were not properly cleaned. I had to wash my floors after she left, and the water was not clean... she's just not detailed. I would not recommend her for housecleaning. She's very nice so I feel bad but I hire people based on reviews so this should be public knowledge.
