I realized that I was destined to work with kids when I was just 16, working my very first summer job selling ice cream to kids while my older cousin drove the fun looking ice cream truck that played the iconic jingle! Thanks to my big inner child, I have always had a natural ability to connect with kids with ease, whether it be through playing sports, playing music like the guitar or just hanging out As well as working with children, I have always had a great love of animals which led me to complete a Diploma as an Animal Care Technician. Shortly after completing my diploma, I landed a job working with special needs children and adults and their canine companions. I have also worked as an after-school teacher assistant, at-risk youth worker and as a fitness trainer/counselor at a weight loss camp for kids and teens. I can t wait to meet you and your family, and I look forward to loving and caring for your kids just as if they were my own!
