Companionship for your loved ones with dementia or early stage Alzheimer's. As a former teacher, I can try to encourage mental & physical exercises. I also take seniors to their appointments. I am a semi retired senior/former teacher with a variety of skills. I especially enjoy cooking, shopping, gardening. I have no training in medical fields but a long time interest in natural medicine. I am not a nurses aid but am available for companionship, transportation to appointments, errands, cooking, light cleaning, pet care. NO Covid Vaccine - I have natural immunity. No long term mask wearing.

Valerie has been taking care of my dad, on & off for the last year. She is wonderful with him and has done a fabulous job! We don’t know what we would do without Valerie! She is very trustworthy and great with my 80 yr old dad who has dementia.
