Tracy is hands down the best nanny/babysitter I've ever worked with! She watched my daughter from the age of 3 months - 1.5 years along with another baby the same age in a nanny share. She was an absolute joy to work with - she is responsible, attentive, patient, flexible, fun and entertaining with the kids, takes direction well, and gives great updates. I never worried for a minute when my daughter was with her - HIGHLY recommend!!
