About Tracy

As a skilled and nurturing childcare provider with more then five years of experience, I'm dedicated to fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. My passion for child care stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my ability to make a positive impact on children's lives. I believe that effective communication is key in building trust with parents. I make sure to provide regular updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, depending on their preferred method. My calm and patient demeanor allows me to effectively enforce household rules while maintaining a friendly and approachable rapport with the children in my care. I enjoy engaging them in various activities, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, always striving to incorporate educational elements that promote learning. I hold a college degree, and I'm CPR and First Aid certified.
