I am a Bayshore Gardens area conscientious, caring and compassionate RN caregiver/companion with extensive eldercare home care experience. I worked for the VNA, hospital setting and cared for both my aging parents at home. I understand the unique goals and challenges of home health care. I would like to be part of your family's solution. I offer companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, assistance with all ADL while maintaining all recommendations of medical professionals and family. I also offer assistance setting up care, developing a care plan and team and checking candidate references among other Geriatric Care Manager tasks.
