Tonie has looked after our baby boy for 16+ hours per week since he was three months old. She has been such a wonderful addition to our baby's life since she started, and he adores her! She is mature far beyond her years, is amazingly responsive and flexible, and we are sad to have to say goodbye to her as a nanny (our baby was offered a spot in full time daycare) but will be calling on her as our regular babysitter, if she hasn't been snapped up before!
