My duties included, physically assisting students with many tasks, provided instructional assistance, working & helping the students with the lesson plans and paperwork, attended to any physical needs the students had, monitor & record certain students progress or behavior, overseeing the students to make sure no harm come to them or anyone else within the area we were working in, and helped the kids. I loved seeing how much the kids grew and how much love they have for everyone. It's the most rewarding job.
