First, thank you for viewing my profile. I'll try to be brief, yet thorough because I recognize that your time is valuable. About me, I'm Tiffany! I'm a licensed occupational therapist (OT) with over 16 years of expertise in a variety of settings including long term care, skilled rehab, outpatient, home health and assisted living. I've always loved helping patients achieve successful outcomes. However, currently I've transitioned to a more active and supportive care role for clients and families within their homes. With my OT background, I'm a tremendous benefit to those I serve. I also have specialized training in Dementia and Falls Prevention.
