About Therese

I have experience caring for someone with dementia, working overnight and daytime shifts for about a week before he moved into memory care. I assisted him with meals, companionship, and activities. *Due to covid, I will hesitate to accept any positions caring for seniors at this time. I teach in a school in person and sometimes am in "close contact" with people not in my household.* I am very kind, friendly, compassionate, and gentle. I am eager to gain more experience in the field of elderly care, especially with reversing cognitive decline. I am a quick learner, and caring for others well comes naturally to me. My extensive experience with child care and my ability to befriend (and put at ease) any person of any age or mental state are great advantages when caring for the elderly.
