She was very patient, kind, loving and supportive of my mother. She always showed up where she was supposed to be when she was supposed to be, and went about her job with a cheerful attitude and demeanor. She understood my mother’s proclivities and the challenges posed by my Mother’s Alzheimer’s and adapted to them well. She was also a great communicator with my sisters and myself about situations involving my mother and her needs.
