We love Teresita! She cared for our 2 girls (4 yrs, 2yrs) for 7 months. When we contacted the references she provided us, families lamented that she could not continue caring for their kids. We now understand! Highly reliable-Teresita adopted our structured routines for meals, bath times, naps/bed times with ease and commitment. As two full time working parents, we appreciated Teresita's dependability and flexibility with our changing schedules. Most importantly, our daughters really loved spending time with her and eagerly awaited her arrival daily. Teresita has incredible patience when caring for young kids - she was consistently calm and poised when emotions ran high; tender when the girls needed hugs and attention; and very energetic in doing activities- from hitting the playgrounds/walks or making art/crafts at home. We would absolutely hire Teresita again if she were available. She was like an Aunt to our girls and we are very grateful to have welcomed her into our family!
