I am a gentle caring individual with much respect and compassion to offer your loved one. I took care of my 82-year-old grandmother for the last year of her life so that she could stay in her home. For 4 years, I worked with a care giving agency taking care of physically and mentally disabled adults in their homes; these clients faced numerous challenges and a variety of medical conditions. Also, I took care of my 50-year-old brother in my home during the last 9 months of his life; he passed away in Sept. 2014 from terminal lung cancer. From 2015-2019 I cared for, and was a companion to seniors in their homes. Some of my duties included bathing, dressing, medication administration, meal prep, and housekeeping. Currently I am working as a care giver for Lighthouse Assisted Living for Seniors in Essex, but am very interested in going back to in-home care.
