Tenisha is a wonderful care provider. Her love for kids and older adults (she has stayed and cared for my father-in-law when needed) is evident when you meet her. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting when she is around. Tenisha watched my twins every week while I was at work. She is very reliable and always showed up on time. Tenisha continues to babysit on an as-needed basis. She can follow very complicated directions: for example, she can get the boys from school, take them to their after school activities, get them home and fed dinner, and put them to bed all in one evening. She is also good at keeping the kids occupied and not on top of each other. She was also able to provide a lot of insight to me on parenting and finding things for the kids to do that did not cost. It's obvious watching Tenisha that she is in this business of making people around her happy because she adores children and not just for the money. She will be a wonderful Social Worker when she finishes her schooling. It's a pure pleasure having Tenisha around and we hope that she will be around for as long as we have the need. I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone reliable, trustworthy and caring.
