About Teanna

Hi! My name is Teanna. I am a caring and fun individual who is proactive with an extensive background in child care. I currently am a nanny to a 8-month-old, so I am only available nights and weekends. I previously have also been a full time nanny for 7 families as well over the past 8 years. Prior to that I worked at Manatee Children's Services as a secretary/clerk, where I helped watch a group of about 12 children 5 and under a couple times a month for a program. I attended school at USF with a major in Criminology. Some of my newborn experience came from hands on experience with my parents when they ran a shelter for babies for the YMCA. In the span of 20 years they took care of over 1200 babies that were drug abused, neglected or premature. Taking care of babies growing up has taught me to be patient and understanding and also fueled my love for taking care of children.
