With close to 15 years of clinical and caregiving experience, I have worked with a wide variety of medical populations. Experience includes; orthopedic and post surgical care, medically fragile pediatrics with physical and mental disabilities, geriatric and end of life care, and Alzheimer's and memory care. Years of hands on experiences have helped cultivate affective, efficient, and safe ways of delivering patient centered care. Extensive knowledge of preventative measures (bedsore prevention, range of motion, proper nutritional and hydration requirements, etc). Other qualifications include efficiency in mobility and transportation, hygiene and oral care, and assistance with all activities of daily living. Certified American Heart Association CPR and first aide instructor with individual heart saver first aide, CPR, and AED certifications in addition to BLS.
