About Taylor

I started being paid to watch children around 12 and have continued to over summers ever since. I have a history as a long term employee for more than four families, with children aging from under a year to 12. I taught children how to swim, cooked for the children, and have even helped clean their rooms. I teach children the importance of donating and giving to others. I model appropriate social behaviors and encouraged concern for others. I encourage these children to be physically active by designing outdoor activities. I have administered medications for illnesses, injuries, and food allergies. I demonstrated cleanliness and proper hygiene, I expanded the children's abilities to problem solve and aided children with daily tasks. When required I administered minor first aid to injured children. I also provided engaging activities to further cognitive processes and assured cleanliness of infant toys, equipment, floors, and changing table.
