As a Certified Nurse Assistant and caregiver, I have over 5 years of experience working with youth and elders with various disabilities including autism, down syndrome, early onset dementia and Alzheimer's. My main goals are to support my clients with willingness, companionship and constant communication and observation. I make sure to assist my clients in fulfilling daily tasks and goals that not only supports them but also empowers them to be more confident and independent. I take a yearly training within my care giving certification that allows me to learn new challenges and I will always be open to furthering my knowledge on how to better support youth and elders with disabilities.
